𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮

Applicants applying for a Single Permit to work in the tourism and hospitality sector must submit their Skills Pass issued by the Institute of Tourism Studies.

For the below application types, the Skills Pass must be 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 achieved before starting their application process and submitted with the application documentation:

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 already in Malta;

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 from non-hospitality to hospitality industry;

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 within the hospitality industry.

Those applying whilst 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 must complete Phase 1 before starting the application and submit it with the application documentation. Once Identità issues the Approval in Principle letter, the applicant must complete Phase 2 to achieve the full Skills Pass before applying for an entry visa or proceeding to Malta to finalise the single permit application.
