Two minor earthquakes registered West of Malta

Two minor earthquakes were registered West of Malta in the past hours. 

The most recent one was at 950am and was registered 158km W of Valletta with a magnitude of 3.1

The other was at 23:11CET last night at a similar location and depth and with a 4.0 magnitude.

Neither earthquake was felt in Malta or Gozo.
