Spartan Trifecta Weekend returns to Malta this October 2024

The Spartan Trifecta Weekend, globally renowned as the premier obstacle course race competition, is scheduled to take place on October 19th and 20th 2024 in Ta' Qali. The event supported by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) will push participants to their limits, testing both their physical and mental toughness in a world-class challenge.


Participants from around the globe will face a series of demanding obstacles that require strength, endurance, agility, and mental resilience. The Spartan Trifecta Weekend is open to professional athletes and enthusiasts alike, inviting anyone ready to step out of their comfort zone and push their limits. The event promises an unforgettable experience that will test the participants’ physical and mental abilities.


The competition offers four distinct race formats: Sprint, Super, Beast, and Kids, each designed to challenge participants of various skill levels and abilities. This ensures an inclusive environment where all can compete and conquer the obstacles set before them.


Participants will have the opportunity to experience the breathtaking Maltese scenery. Malta, with its stunning Mediterranean landscapes, provides a perfect backdrop for this event, enhancing its appeal as a premier sports tourism destination. With an expected participation of 3,000 athletes, including 2,000 international competitors, the Spartan Trifecta Weekend Malta will see significant representation from countries such as Italy, France, and the UK, among many others.
