E.U. and China Seek to Avert Trade War

China and the E.U. have agreed to negotiate in an effort to resolve a growing dispute over proposed tariffs, with billions of dollars in trade at stake. This move follows the E.U.'s proposal of up to 38 percent tariffs on Chinese electric cars and Beijing's threat to impose tariffs on European pork imports.
