Joseph Portelli’s daughter and son join Mercury Towers' Board of Directors.

Mercury Towers Ltd has appointed Ms. Chloe and Mr. Tristen Portelli, the daughter and son of the owner and major developer Joseph Portelli, as Executive Directors. This announcement was made by Mercury Projects Finance plc, the finance arm of Mercury Group.

The company stated that the siblings have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Mercury Towers Ltd and its subsidiary companies, excluding the finance company. The subsidiaries include Mercury Commercial Mall Ltd, Mercury Hotel Ltd, and Mercury Car Park II Ltd, which were established to own, develop, and operate various sections of the Mercury Towers project in St Julian’s.
