As early voting begins across all seven swing states, millions of voters are already making their voices heard ahead of Election Day. By Monday, over 17 million ballots had been cast, with Republicans showing an increased turnout in early voting compared to recent years. This marks a shift from 2020 when former President Donald Trump discouraged mail-in and absentee voting, claiming it would lead to "chaos and confusion."
Though not all states break down early voting data by party affiliation, available figures indicate a higher participation rate from Republicans. In Nevada, for instance, Republicans accounted for 39.5 percent of the 245,000 ballots submitted, compared to 36.3 percent for Democrats.
