Labour Costs Continue to Rise Across the EU in Early 2025
In the first quarter of 2025, hourly labour costs increased by 3.4% in the euro area and by 4.1% in the EU, compared to the same period in 2024. These figures were published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
This rise reflects ongoing labour market dynamics and inflationary pressures within the EU member states.
